On the Friday before Lent begins, February 28, our Social Justice Committee, which is comprised of members of both parishes, is sponsoring a fish fry for both parishes and anyone who desires to come. A great opportunity to invite a neighbor. It will be at the American Legion in Lake Park and it is free. We are planning on serving up to 300 people. We need your help. If you would be willing to serve a shift and then eat or eat and then serve a shift that would be great! There is more information at a table in the gathering space this weekend. The purpose of this event is to help create community among our neighbors and as Catholics to be of service to the larger community...also called evangelization.
