St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church is a place to worship and to enter into a deeper and more intimate union with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

One of the most precious gifts that we can give each other is our prayers. If you have anyone that needs our prayers, please call Pat Rabideaux at 218-532-2952 to start our prayer chain.

The Pastoral Council normally meets the third Tuesday of each month. All members of the parish are welcome to attend these meetings. Any person with a concern is asked to contact the Council President, Fr. Bob LaPlante, or the Council Chairperson, Tony Nistler, so these concerns may be placed on the meeting agenda.

SACRAMENTS

* Baptism: By arrangement with Fr. Bob.

* Marriage: A minimum period of 6 months is required between the time the church is notified and the date of the wedding. No definite date will be scheduled until all preparation requirements are completed. For more information, contact Fr. Bob.

* Reconciliation: Last Wednesday of each month after Mass and by appointment with Fr. Bob.
